Custom Wig Consultation

This is where your wig begins. We take your head measurements by hand, so the final fit is unmistakably yours. From there, you’ll choose your wig cap type, hair colour, style and lace, every detail selected with you in the room, nothing left to guesswork.

We don’t keep wigs in stock. Each piece is made entirely by hand, and to protect that level of craft, we take on only four wigs a month. Because of this, we accept a limited number of wig consultations each month, and once we’re fully booked, you’re welcome to join our waitlist. Please allow 15 to 20 working days from consultation to completion.

A few things worth knowing before you arrive:

You’re welcome to reschedule once, as long as it’s more than 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations, late changes under 24 hours, or a second reschedule request will mean booking a new appointment.

Running late? We’ll still see you, but only for the time remaining in your original slot. Our days are booked closely from one client to the next, so we’re unable to fit you in outside your scheduled time.

And finally, please arrive with your hair plaited down or as flat as possible. It makes all the difference for an accurate fit.
