To give every client the same standard of care, all appointments are booked under the following terms. Please take a moment to read through before securing your slot.
What to Expect When You Book
From consultation to collection, here is exactly how the process works.
The Consultation
Every service begins with a consultation, in person, via video, or through photographs, allowing us to properly assess your wig or hair and confirm the care it requires. This ensures every quote reflects the true scope of work, and every result meets our standard.
Your Appointment
A 50% deposit is required and is collected upon arrival, prior to the commencement of work. The remaining balance is settled upon collection.
Payment
We accept EFT and card payment, via a payment link which will be shared with you directly. For security and consistency, cash payments are not accepted.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once paid, as they cover the preparation and dedicated time set aside for your service.
Rescheduling
Should your plans change, kindly let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will happily reschedule your appointment to a new date.
Turnaround
Every wig tells a different story. Turnaround time will be confirmed on the day, once your consultation is complete and the full scope of work is understood.
Expedited Service
For those requiring a faster turnaround, a rush service fee starting from R350 applies, depending on the scope of work and volume of hair involved, and is offered subject to availability and confirmation that your timeline can be accommodated without compromising quality.
Wig Hygiene Policy
Please bring your wig in clean, unless you've booked a treatment or cleaning service, in which case we'll gladly handle it for you.
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept wigs for styling or repair if they have been washed beforehand.
Booking your appointment with We Fix Wigs constitutes acceptance of these terms.
